This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on NovaLive (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including virtual gifts for content creators and physical merchandise. It outlines our terms and conditions for issuing refunds, which vary based on the type of product purchased.

Elegibilidade do reembolso por tipo de produto
a. Presentes virtuais
No Refunds: All virtual gift purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes any digital items, fan support contributions, or virtual rankings. These products are delivered instantly and cannot be revoked once transferred to the content creator.
Exceptions: Refunds may only be issued in cases of proven fraud, technical error, or if the content creator’s account is permanently banned prior to receiving the gift.
b. Mercadoria física
Eligibility: You may request a refund for physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

- Virtual Gifts: Orders for virtual gifts cannot be canceled once submitted, as they are processed immediately.
- Physical Merchandise: You may cancel an order for physical goods within 24 hours of purchase, before it has been shipped. After this window, the order will be processed for shipment and cannot be canceled.
Artigos danificados ou com defeito
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@novalive.live within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion, and cover the cost of return shipping in such cases.
